Bonbon Fine Gold & Blue Tourmaline Cabochon Ring
Created in solid 18ct gold, this ring is set with a beautifully hued blue tourmaline gemstone. The warm glow of high carat gold is irresistible to us and working in India has only encouraged this. Katie's trips to Jaipur are centred around seeking out colourful gemstones with unusual hues and hand crafted forms. After several decades of working in India, her love for all things gemstone has only increased and defines the jewellery she creates.
Cabochon cuts are a favourite - that is where a gemstone has been shaped and polished but not faceted. These gemstones have a smooth surface and a particularly subtle lustre and softness to them.
