UK Shipping

We offer free postage on all UK orders over £100. Expected delivery time is 5 working days for UK orders. If there is any expected alteration to this estimated delivery time, we will let you know.

During the busy Christmas period, for orders up to £100, we charge £8.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means that your order is insured and you get a speedy delivery.

 


EU Shipping

All EU Orders
Standard EU Shipping: £15.00

Expected delivery time is approximately 10 - 14 working days for EU orders. If there is any expected alteration to this estimated delivery time, we will let you know.

For EU orders, the customer is responsible for any customs or related charges.

International Shipping (Overseas outside the EU)

All International Orders
Standard International Shipping: £15.00

Packaging

Each order comes carefully wrapped in signature Pomegranate packaging, complete with care card.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order, or part of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns are posted back to us at your own expense and we recommend you send goods back recorded or tracked post to be on the safe side. Once the order is received, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email confirming this.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
