Indian jewellery is suffused with floral motifs from the leaf or seed forms found in ethnic adornments to the flourishes of Mughal Jewellery. The inherent meaning though is the same: purity, fertility and a reverence of Mother Nature, something that has as much relevance now than ever. Our jewellery is made from precious metals and natural gemstones only.

At Pomegranate, that reverence is literal. Each piece in this collection is made by hand in Jaipur by the same team of artisans Katie has worked with for over twenty years, using techniques passed down through generations. The stones are chosen by Katie personally, each assessed for its own character rather than conformity to type.

Because these pieces are made in small numbers using natural gemstones, no two are ever quite the same. Limited runs, each with its own subtle variations - the mark of something genuinely handmade.
