Fine Gold Paisley Stud Earrings
Katie is greatly inspired by her travels to India and its magnificent tradition of jewellery making. These beautifully styled earrings are based on the traditional paisley form. The paisley shape is a classic Indian motif, a tear drop with a pronounced curved end, that traces its origins back to Ancient Babylon and into Western wardrobes via the weavers of Paisley, Scotland.
Materials: the earrings are made of 18ct gold and have been hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
Details: the earrings have a post and butterfly fixture and the studs measure 10 x 15 mm.
