Description
Handcrafted, fine gold earrings based on traditional Indian earring design and inset with diamonds. The warm glow of high carat gold is irresistible to us and working in India has only encouraged this. We have always worked in solid gold, alongside sterling silver, and remain committed to working with precious metals only. These unique, handcrafted creations, in high carat gold, are testament to this.
Katie says:
These earrings are based on a traditional Indian motif and I love the elegance of this half moon shape. This is a form that is often used in Indian ornaments and it is the crescent moon that is seen on the forehead of Shiva. All of my creations are heavily influenced by my trips to India and its grand tradition of jewellery design.
Materials: the earrings are made of 18ct gold and are set with diamonds. The earrings have been hallmarked at the London Assay Office,
Details: the earrings have a hook fastening and the total drop length is 5.5 cm. The earrings measure 3 cm at their widest.
