Fine Gold & Diamond Chain Necklace
Material: the necklace is made of 18ct gold and is set with diamonds. The necklace has been hallmarked at the London Assay Office.
Details: the necklace is 18.5" in length and it has a hook fastening. The set diamonds are grouped in fives and the gemstones are asymmetric and approximately 4 mm in diameter.
Note from Katie:
I have always liked the asymmetrical and was inspired by the way diamond slices, in organic shapes, were set in solid gold in India. Theses imperfectly shaped diamonds have a wonderful charm and are a happy antidote to the stark design of most diamond-set modern jewellery.
