Fine Gold Tourmaline, Diamond & White Enamel Earrings

£4,250.00

Resplendent, traditionally-styled earrings set with tourmalines and diamonds.

The setting style of the diamonds is termed as kundan work where foils of gold are moulded around the stone to create individual, asymmetric settings.  The reverse of these beautiful earrings have a white enamel pattern applied in translucent enamel.  For more information on the craftsmanship involved in these earrings, please look at our blog post on Kundan Jewellery.

The diamonds used the earrings are termed polki diamonds.  Polki Diamonds are fashioned in an old, Mughal style of diamond cutting where the gemstones have one flat side and the other faceted, in a style resembling a rose cut.

Just one of the beautiful pairs of earrings in our Fine Gold Jewellery Collection.   We have a small selection online but do visit us in store to see the full range.

Materials: the earrings are made of 18K gold and are set with 'polki' diamonds.  They have white enamel work on the reverse.

Details: the earrings have a traditional post and butterfly fixture and the total drop is approximately 6.5 cm.  The central, tourmaline gemstone is 1 cm in diameter.
