Description

The Waterfall Earrings are one of our signature designs and are adored by our customers.   The earrings are made up of a series of lines of hand-beaded gemstones.  Each tiny gemstone knotted together to the next one in an exact and skilled way to create maximum fluidity and mobility.  These sit perfectly in the ear and the gemstones cascade prettily down.

Materials: the earrings are made of gold plated sterling silver and are beaded with multi-coloured tourmalines.

Details: the earrings comprise of 10 beaded lines of varying length.  The longest line drops approximately 7 cm.  The lines are made of round faceted bead with a faceted pear shape bead at the end. The earrings have a post and butterfly fastening.
Delivery & Returns

UK Shipping

We charge £10 to ship all parcel within the UK. All parcels are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This is the only postal service in the UK that insures jewellery and we have found it extremely reliable over the years.

You will need to be at home to receive the parcel via special delivery and all tracking details will be given to you so you can monitor this.

The shop is open from Tuesday to Saturday so if you place an order on Saturday, the earliest your parcel will be posted out is on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

International Shipping

We charge £20 for all deliveries outside the UK.

We generally send these parcel via UPS and you can certainly let us know if you would prefer an alternative courier.

Expected delivery time can be up to 10 working days for international orders and we will give you the relevant tracking information to monitor this.

All sales made through the website for international orders are net of VAT.  You will however be liable for all your local duty and taxes and will need to pay these to the courier before you can receive your parcel. These are usually at least 20% of the parcel value.

Questions about sizing?

The sizing for all products should be detailed in the product description tab and if you are unsure or need further help, please get in touch. We are more than happy to Whatsapp you a video of the item to help you understand its relative size.

Ring sizes are alphabetical in the UK and we state this system on our website. For further information on ring sizes, please view our blog on this subject.

Packaging

Each order will be delivered beautifully wrapped in signature Pomegranate packaging.
What is your return policy?
Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your order, or part of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns are posted back to us at your own expense and we recommend you send goods back recorded or tracked post to be on the safe side. Once the order is received, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email confirming this.
