Behind The Scenes With Pomegranate

It's one thing seeing images of our beautiful jewellery on our website, but wearing them makes our pieces come alive. Seeing our jewellery being worn lets you see exactly how a piece will sit or hang on the body and really conveys the beauty of the pieces.

As a result, we've been putting a lot of time and effort in to getting more images of our jewellery on models, and now it's become a bit of an addiction!

After seeing the results of the Delhi shoot, with the stunning Ayesha, and our shoot with Harriet in London, the girls we work with on our social media suggested a shoot at a beautiful property they knew outside of Malaga.

As soon as we saw the images of Al CuzCuz we were booking our tickets out there.  Its beautiful individual and colourful interiors and the lush garden surrounding it couldn’t have been more inspiring and we knew our colourful gemstone jewellery would fit in perfectly against this backdrop.

Olivia pulled together 3 fantastic models (the gorgeous Ellie, Khadija & Carmen) and we raided our jewellery collections (and wardrobes, check out Jackie’s favourite Matthew Williamson party dress) to create the looks.   Thank you to Pip  & Anna for lending us some beautiful dresses for the shoot too.

We had so much fun putting this shoot together and I really hope that this shines through in the images.  A big shout out also to Alex and the film he created for us to capture all the day's shenanigans - as featured in the Instagram Reel below:

The day itself went smoothly and it was a dream team of models, make up and photographers.  I think I have already shared my feelings on the importance of making time to sit down with the people you work with and break bread so after the shoot we all sat down to supper together at the restaurant in the hotel [highly recommended btw] with its amazing views of the coastline - life stories shared & the world put to rights.

A massive thank you to all involved, and we can’t wait to work with you all again.

I love my job!
